Project Story
After purchasing an older home in Kent, the homeowners quickly realized the kitchen layout no longer supported modern living. The space included a small center island, limited storage, and poor workflow between cooking, prep, and cleanup areas. Rather than making minor updates, they chose to fully redesign the kitchen to better fit their needs. We began with a full measurement and site review before completing a layout reconfiguration to improve flow and organization.
Electrical home runs were installed to support updated appliances and improved lighting, and plumbing was adjusted for the new sink location and relocated water lines. The project included tile flooring, custom-fit base and wall cabinets, countertop fabrication and installation, a tile backsplash, under-cabinet lighting, and final painting and touch-ups. The result is a clean, modern kitchen with significantly improved storage, functionality, and long-term durability.
